个人简介

胡梦欣,女,出生于1981年10月,重庆忠县人,副教授,硕士生导师。2004年本科毕业于浙江大学高分子系,2009年获浙江大学化学博士学位。2015-2017年在沁园集团股份有限公司做博士后研究。2009年7月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。主要从事高分子材料、食品材料和生物材料等教学和研究工作。先后主持和承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、浙江省博士后科研项目择优资助、浙江省教育厅科研项目、浙江省新型吸附分离材料与应用技术重点实验室开放项目等纵向项目以及相关企业横向项目。在国内外学术期刊发表论文24篇,其中SCI论文17篇,获授权国家发明专利2项。
