个人简介

王丽,女,博士,教授,硕士生导师,校西湖学者。2005年毕业于厦门大学分析化学专业,同年获厦门大学理学博士学位。2011-2012年学校蓝天计划公派赴加拿大滑铁卢大学访问学, 2016国家留学基金委公派至加拿大卡普顿大学访学。 2005年10月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院,目前承担本科生仪器分析和本科生认知实习课程,以及研究生现代仪器分析与实验技术课程的教学任务。

研究领域

1)食品质量、品质快速检测与评价技术,包括基于近、中红外光谱技术进行食品品质快速无损分析; 2)基于纳米技术的电化学和光化学传感器的制备及其在食品微量添加剂检测中的应用;纳米材料的制备与应用,包括纳米材料灭菌,清除生物被膜基础研究,以及纳米食品安全性研究。 3)开发新型色谱前处理技术结合毛细管电泳,色质联用、离子色谱等分析技术检测食品中痕量药物残留以及食品的物质成分分析
