个人简介

朱军莉,女,1979年3月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院食品质量与安全系,先后被评选为浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、浙江省151人才工程培养人员。现担任中国食品科学技术学会高级会员、浙江省微生物学会理事、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家、国际期刊《Food Microbiology》、《International Journal of Food Microbiology》等审稿专家等。曾在美国佐治亚大学(University of Georgia)食品安全中心和美国康尼狄格大学(University of Connecticut)食品微生物研究所合作研究。
