个人简介
于平，男，1974年9月出生，山东诸城人，博士，教授，博士生导师。2003年毕业于浙江大学，获工学博士学位。英国Cranfield University和美国明尼苏达大学（University of Minnesota）高级访问学者，浙江省新世纪151人才工程培养人员，浙江省高校优秀青年教师资助计划入选者。
研究领域
（1）食品工业重要酶制剂产业化生产的关键技术；（2）生物催化与生物转化制备手性药物及其中间体；（3）食品质量与安全的快速检测技术（水产品和农产品等）；（4）合成生物学与代谢工程
