个人简介

1996年毕业于天津科技大学,发酵工程硕士。2002年获浙江大学生物化工博士学位。2000年,英国Cranfield University交流杨梅致腐真菌研究,2010-2011年美国Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute研究访问--细菌粘多糖基因工程改造。2016-2017年美国Cornell University研究访问--蛋白质表达机制调控。浙江省151人才。

研究领域

(1)食品微生物菌种资源及产品开发。以醋酸菌、嗜甲醇菌、酵母菌为对象,采用基因组学与蛋白组学等手段从群体感应、信号调控及膜结构生物学方面阐述工业菌种的抗逆性分子机制,改良工业菌种及产品开发品;生产新型高活性高价值代谢产物如虾青素、吡咯喹啉醌等(2)蛋白质表达机制调控及应用研究,探索、改良蛋白的可溶性表达及跨膜运输机制,探索目标蛋白的定向进化和糖基化修改;(3)食品微生物杀菌技术研究,通过解析细菌构造及生理代谢,研发改良食品微生物杀菌机理及工艺优化
