个人简介

顾青，博士，教授，博导，浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院副院长，浙江省食品微生物技术研究重点实验室主任，中国食品科学技术学会乳酸菌分会常务理事，浙江省食品学会常务理事，入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”（第一层次）。1992年毕业于浙江农业大学食品科学系，2005年获浙江大学生命科学学院分子遗传学博士学位，2005-2008年为浙江大学生物技术研究所博士后。2002年11月-2003年11月获DANIDA奖学金赴丹麦技术大学生物中心进行乳酸菌遗传和生理的合作研究，2003年1月-2003年2月于英国Cranfield大学生物技术学院进行合作研究。2009年1月-2009年12月作为访问教授在荷兰Utrecht University进行微生物抗菌肽研究。
