路福平,男,工学博士,教授,博士研究生导师,天津科技大学校长,食品营养与安全国家重点实验室主任,工业发酵微生物教育部重点实验室主任,国家百千万人才工程人选,国家有突出贡献中青年专家,天津市“131”人才第一层次,享受政府特贴专家。现任中国食品科学技术学会副理事长、中国微生物学会理事

研究领域

围绕工业生物催化工程的研究领域,开展四个方向的研究工作: [1] 酶制剂的开发与应用:酶分子的挖掘与进化,酶蛋白的创制与发酵过程控制,酶制剂的制备与应用。 [2] 重要工业菌株的遗传改造:以功能产品合成为目标,对重要微生物进行遗传分析与基因组改造,构建目标产品高效合成的细胞工厂。 [3] 甾体激素类药物的生物转化:选育和构建高效生物转化菌株,构建甾体类药物的高效生物转化平台。 [4] 益生菌筛选与功能食品的开发:围绕益生菌及益生菌产品进行研究,实现在食品、饲料和药物方面的应用。
